BACK ON LOVE...MUST BE SPRING....
Back to the Q's on Love and what it means...
And reflection on the passing-by connections long gone.
Who said love has to hurt?
Love does not emotionally or physically drain us with pain or hurt... If it does, it is most definately NOT love.
In the name of love.....
The twisted image that 'love makes us do weird things' is just another attempt to turn a thing that is so pure into a controlling rage that excuses others to act on dangerous or negative impulses that harm others.
Maybe that is why there are so many people out there who feel that it is ok to stay in a negative relationship, worse yet....in a relationship when one of the partners is a controller -and the other a victim ... a victim to a wrong image of love. And I'm not just talking physical abuse.... there is so many ways to abuse another. Equally as harmfull - or maybe more so.
Love is just love, nothing more or less.
If we valued our right to love and be loved -in true Love, how much better would things be?
And yes, there are so many types or ways to love -no two connections are the same.
No two love connections should even be compared.
How can we appreciate love if we compare it to another?
The above still stands, if it hurts, if it makes us feel like we are in pain -- then love is definately not present.
